Bare Escentuals bareMinerals Frame & Define is a brow styler that creates a polished look. It has a precision tip on one end to define and shade the brows while the other end contains a brow grooming brush that sculpts, shapes, and refines the brows.
Directions: Remove cap to reveal brush. Brush eyebrows upward and outward into place. Twist pencil to reveal brow color. Holding your pencil at an angle, use soft feathery strokes to fill in your natural brow shape and any sparse areas. Start at the front of the brow, moving outward along the arch and finishing at the end. Glide the brush upward and outward through hairs to blend.
