Dry skin does not feel relaxed. It may lack natural oils, natural moisture or both. It flakes more easily, and environmental influences make it dull and lifeless. Oily and combination skin longs to feel balanced. With combination skin, oily and very dry areas of skin exist side-by-side. The T-zone (forehead, nose, and chin) is prone to shine, enlarged pores and minor blemishes. In the case of oily skin, blemishes may even occur on the cheeks. Sensitive skin needs calming and protecting. It reacts sensitively to environmental influences such as the sun, cold and wind, and is prone to redness and irritated patches.
