- Gently pull your eyelid with finger looking down.
- Start drawing a line from outer to the inner part of the eye.
- Make sure eyeliner is dry before looking up and blinking (wait 30 seconds to completely dry).
- Use cotton tip with foundation or makeup remover to touch up any excess liner.
How to Remove:
Use an oil based product makeup remover to gently remove. Vaseline or moisturiser is also suitable.
