GloMinerals gloReflection Cream Eye Shadow is a lightweight shimmer eyeshadow that brightens up your eyes. This liquid formula glides on easily and dries as a powder. It is great for use alone or applied on top of any matte eyeshadow to give your eyes that extra glitter.

Directions: Apply the cream eye shadow using the precision camouflage or camouflage brush.
