Approximate time in transit for USPS Priority is 2-5 business days and UPS Ground is 3-7 business days. UPS Tracking number allows for tracking the order from departure to delivery. USPS Delivery Confirmation number does not allow for tracking but only confirms that the order has been delivered. *If you need your parcel by a certain date, please email for Express shipping options and rates.

All USPS Priority comes with free delivery confirmation. Once USPS carrier has confirmed delivery, we can not be held liable for lost, stolen, damaged orders unless it was insured. Insurance is available for additional $1.10 for each $100.

Shipping Address Corrections: Please verify that your shipping address is correct. Incorrect addresses may result in undeliverable packages, or delays. If your address is incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible. We are not liable for undeliverable packages caused by an incorrect address.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.

International Insurance	For lost parcels, you must wait 45 days for International shipments. For shipments to Italy, you must wait 60 days before filing. USPS rules do not allow claim form to be filed for mail pieces printed after 90 days.

If your international order is extremely heavy (for example: hair shampoos, and hair conditioners in liter size)**, adjustment to your shipping cost may be modified to reflect the weight. RETURNS MUST BE APPROVED AND ACCOMPANIED BY AN APPROVAL CODE. NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED WITHOUT RETURN APPROVAL CODE.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt only if the product has not been opened and in its original package accompanied with the receipt and a returned approval code. Note, all returns are subject to 15% re-stocking fee.

Once the items have been opened, we are not able to accept returns on any opened products for any reasons. We can not accept returns or exchange for discontinued products. Due to manufacture's return policy, we can not accept returns on Cellex-C or makeup.

Due to sanitary reasons, we can not accept returns on used or opened appliances. Defect in material and workmanship is covered under Manufacture�s warranty. Return warranty card to manufacture within 30 days of purchase to be active.

Postage on returned items are non refundable.
