tracking says: The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified
by the shipper or shipping partner on March 02, 2008 to expect your
package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or
the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided
if / when available. Information, if available, is updated every evening.
Please check again later.

means that your package was shipped on March 2, 2008. The package
is still in transit and the web site will update to show delivery
date and time when it has been delivered. If you have requested
for signature confirmation in the comment area, the web site will
also show the name of the person who signed the parcel.

Policy:
RETURNS/EXCHANGES MUST BE
APPROVED AND ACCOMPANIED BY AN APPROVAL CODE. NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED WITHOUT

Returns/Exchanges are accepted
within 7 days of receipt only if the product has not been opened and
in its original package accompanied with the receipt and a returned approval
code. Note, all returns are subjected to 15% re-stocking fee.
Any loss, damage or defects
must be reported immediately. Defective products must be return shipped within
one week. Any shortage must be reported upon receipt of package.
Once the items have been
opened, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges on any opened products
for any reasons. We can not accept returns or exchanges for discontinued products.
Due to manufacture's return policy, we can not accept returns on Cellex-C or
makeup. The shipping for items being returned should be paid by the customer.
Postage on returned items
are non refundable.
Stolen Merchandise:
Skin Beauty can not be held
responsible for lost or stolen merchandise once it has been delivered by postal
carrier to the addressee. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that
products purchased are sent to a secure location (such as a PO Box, a place
of residence where someone is home to accept the package, or a place of employment
where someone is there to accept the package.)
