Route Shipping Policy

We now offer Route package protection to help cover the cost of lost, damaged or stolen packages. Purchase Route+ at checkout to protect your order from loss, damage or theft.

Skin Beauty is proud to partner with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Route+ at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you use Route+ package protection at checkout. Of course, this service is optional, and you can opt out by toggling the button to be inactive.

Claim Filing Requirements

Claims Reporting Time Frame(s)

It is understood and agreed that the following timelines for claims transmittal must be adhered to in order for a claims to be processed: 

• Claims for packages presumed to be lost by the carrier, where the status is “not delivered” must be filed no sooner than 7 days after the scheduled delivery date for domestic shipments (and 20 days for international shipments), but not later than 30 days from the date the shipment was originally scheduled to be delivered.

• All other claims for loss or damage should be filed as soon as discovered but in no event later than 60 days from the purchase date.

• Claims for packages marked by the carrier as “delivered” not received by the customer must be filed within 5 days from the date and time shown by carrier as delivered. Underwriters reserve the right to require proof of either a copy of a police report showing report of theft or security video recording showing evidence of theft.

What if I didn’t want Route Package Protection?

If you do not want Route Package Protection, make sure to toggle the insurance to "Off" before submitting your order.  Route service fee is collected directly from Route Company.  Per Route policy, Route cannot refund the cost of route services once your item has shipped.

If your item has shipped, Route is protecting your package that is currently in transit. If your package is lost, damaged, or stolen, Route will replace the item for you.
