Directions:
Once or twice a week, apply hydration phase 1 to the face and neck in a thin layer. Leave on for approximately 5 minutes. Then apply the same quantity of nutrition phase 2 in a circular upward motion. Leave on for 10 minutes until absorbed. Remove any excessusing a cotton pad soaked with toning lotion. Avoid the eye and lip area.
