Directions:
Gently apply the eyeliner flush with the eyelashes with its soft felt tip from the center of the eyelid outwards.
For a thin line, use the tip of the felt.
For a thicker line, draw a thin line starting from the inside corner of the eye and then stretch to the outer corner by tilting the eyeliner on the eyelid.
