What to do if your order was delivered but you did not receive it?

 Follow these steps if tracking says your order was delivered to the “Ship To” address and you have not received it.

  1. Verify Delivery Status: Double-check the tracking information to ensure that the package is indeed marked as "delivered" by the shipping carrier. Confirm the delivery address as well as date and time. At times, the carrier may mark it as delivered, however, it can take up to 48 hours for the 3rd party carrier to actually delivery your package.

  2. Look for Notice Slip: Look for a notice of attempted delivery.

  3. Look for Package: Check around their property, with neighbors, and in safe places where the package might have been left. Sometimes, carriers may place packages out of sight for security reasons.

  4. Contact the Shipping Carrier: Initiate contact with the shipping carrier's customer service. For USPS carriers, their number is 1800-275-8777. Provide them with the tracking number and details of the situation. Request for the carrier to open a service request to investigate and provide additional information about the delivery, such as the delivery location.

  5. Wait for Carrier's Response: Allow the 24 to 48 hours to complete the service request investigation. They might need to contact the driver, review the delivery location, or check if there was a mis-delivery.

  6. Provide Skin Beauty with the Service Request Number: Waiting for the carrier's response. If you do not hear back from the carrier in 48 hours, call the carrier back or contact us to provide the carrier's case number so we can expedite the service request case.
