Return & Refund Policy
Product Condition: The product must be returned to us in its original, unopened, and unused condition within 14 days of delivery. Ensure that all tags, labels, and protective seals are intact.
Heat sensitive and perishable items are not eligible for return. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund for any order which included free shipping. Customer is responsible for return shipping postage.
Furthermore, we would like to clarify that our return policy is applicable only to products purchased directly from Skin Beauty. Regrettably, we cannot accept returns for items that have been purchased from another company. Such items will be discarded upon receipt.
Additionally, please be aware that our return policy also includes a restriction on returning multiple identical products. We kindly request that customers be mindful of making large purchases of identical items. In the interest of preventing potential misuse of our return policy, we reserve the right to apply a limitation on the return of multiple identical items purchased as part of a single transaction. This limitation may involve factors such as the quantity of items being returned, the original purchase amount, and the frequency of such returns.
Packaging: Please include the original packaging and any accompanying materials that were provided with the product.
Proof of Purchase: Include the original receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

Beauty/skin care in original condition. Must be unopened and unmarked.
Beauty/skin care returns are subjected to 15% returns processing fee. Used or opened items are not eligible for return.
We inspect all returns and reserve the right to deny or refuse a refund based on the returned condition and/or beyond the return period.
* If you return any of the items within the buy 1 get 1 free offer, you must also return the free item or you will be charged for the full price of the free item and refund the adjusted difference.
It may take up to 2 weeks for us to receive and process your return. A refund or an in-store credit will be issued.
How to Return Items:
- Review Return & Refund Policy prior to making a return request. Make sure items have not been used or opened.
- To initiate a return, contact our customer service representative via Live Chat to obtain an RMA number. Make sure items have not been used or opened. Once approved, we will send you instructions and information on how to return the item(s).
- Re-pack the item(s) securely to ensure arrival in original condition.
- Include a copy of the receipt and RMA# in the package.
- Return within 7 days of receipt.
If the return is a result of our error (item you received is not the same as item on the invoice) we will credit you back for the returned item(s) plus the shipping cost. If the return is not due to our error, customer pays the shipping fee for returning the item(s).
Please use a reliable carrier with tracking number for your return. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
