Shipments are dispatched from United States. Purchases of $59 (after any coupons are applied) are shipped free to U.S. destinations. Purchases under $59 are shipped at a flat rate of $4.95
United States destination includes all 50 States including P.O. box addresses, AK, GU, HI, PR, VI (US), APO, FPO, DPO .
