Lost or Stolen Package Policy

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

However, we understand that delivery issues can occasionally occur. As a courtesy:

  • One-Time Replacement:
    We may offer a one-time courtesy replacement for packages confirmed as delivered but reported missing. This is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
  • Required Steps Before Replacement Consideration:
    Customers should first:
    1. Check with household members or neighbors
    2. Verify the shipping address entered at checkout
    3. Contact the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx) to open an investigation
    4. Check for delivery location details (parcel locker, front desk, etc.)
  • Future Orders – Insurance Recommended:
    We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout. Orders with insurance are eligible for replacement or reimbursement if lost or stolen, subject to the carrier’s claim approval.
  • Repeated Claims:
    We reserve the right to deny replacement requests for repeated lost/stolen package claims.
  • Secure Delivery Responsibility:
    Customers are responsible for ensuring a secure delivery location. We recommend using:
    • Signature-required delivery
    • Delivery to a workplace or secure location
    • Carrier hold-for-pickup options
