Directions:
- Step 1: Dispense and emulsify Refining Body Scrub with Alpha Hydroxy Acids with water to create foam. Apply it to the body using circular motions. Can be used daily or as needed.
- Step 2: Apply Refining Hand & Body Lotion to the hands and body daily or as needed. Do not use it on the face.
- Step 3: For body: Apply CBD Massage Cream in liberal amounts to areas of concern and massage thoroughly into the skin. Warming and cooling of the skin is to be expected.
- Step 4: After cleansing, apply a nickel-size amount of Essential Shave Cream to the area to be shaved. Rinse and follow with your GlyMed Plus moisturizer.
