Orders with all items in stock are shipped within 8 to 24 hours after orders are received during business days (M - F). Delivery date depends on the shipping method selected. See chart for transit time. If your order has an item that is out-of-stock then it will ship out as a backorder item. Backorder items will generally ship in 4-7 days with shipping fees waived.
If your domestic package (via USPS carrier) is taking too long to delivery or showed delivered but did not receive, contact USPS at 1800-275-8777 to initiate a parcel investigation. You will need to provide them your name and tracking number. They will conduct an investigation (tracer with a case number CA#) and give you more details on your parcel. Ask for "customer service" when calling. Once you obtained a case number, USPS will then perform an investigation and call you back within 24 hours on their findings. Please send us your investigation case number (CA#) if you need us to follow through with the post office.
