B.Kamins Hydrogen-ion Moisturizing Toner is for all skin types. It normalizes the skin and gently exfoliates to leave the skin feeling smooth and refreshed. This alcohol free formula doesn't leave your skin feeling tight or dry.

Directions: After cleansing, spray directly onto face and neck or apply with cotton pad.
