One of the best!

This is by far one of the best products ever manufactured by Bioelements. The Recovery Serum was created specifically to help heal your over-exfoliated/damaged moisture layer of your skin or "moisture barrier." If you over-exfoliated and damaged your skin to the point where your skin is red, dry, and produces excess amounts of oil (sebum), then look no further, because THIS IS THE PRODUCT FOR YOU! I used this product for a month day and night, followed by applying Bioelements Beyond Hydration moisturizer, and my skin was almost completely healed! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! The only reason i stopped using it was because i ran out and had to order more. Although it only lasted me a month it would probably last you a month and a half or even two. I used a lot at a time which was unnecessary since it rubs it and spreads very nicely, i will be more sparing of this product during my future uses. I know it's hard to believe such a small bottle can last such a long time, but it is very thick and potent, and it smells nice too. In addition, besides healing your skin's moisture barrier and smelling nice, it also seems to shrink enlarged pores! Can't think of one bad thing about this product.

Pros:

- Small bottle lasts very long.
- Heals over-exfoliated/damaged skin's moisture barrier.
- Seems to shrink enlarged pores.
- Has a nice scent, kinda like lavender.
- Absorbs into the skin in just a few minutes.
- Easy to wash off.
- Overall excellent product!

A true winter staple!

Just like clockwork. Every October the "switch gets flipped". My skin becomes so dry. The Recovery Serum truly seals your moistuizer in. I actually saved the empty bottle in my drawer so I would remember to re-order this past Fall. I have normal to oily skin. (Apr. - Sept) Do not need in the warmer months. I will always have this for my "winter" routine...

Getting older does not have to be apparent

I tried this product when I received a sample. It made my face feel so smooth and soft. Wrinkles that had begun to appear around my eyes and mouth became less apparent. My skin glows after I apply this product and it lasts all day long. I was thrilled to have someone who I had just met ask me if I was in my mid-thirties, because I just celebrated my 50th birthday.

Pros:

The way this product makes my skin look and feel. I don't need to use it everyday to retain the benefits, but I can if I want to without it being detrimental.

Cons:

I have to remember to apply it in the morning and leave enough time to have a few minutes for it to absorb before continuing my morning make-up.
