Before hopping into the shower, scrub your skin vigorously from shoulders to shins with a heaping handful of lemon + sage body scrub (5 minutes minimum).
Rinse thoroughly and wash well (we suggest lemon + sage soapy sap). Frequent scrubbing sessions will soften your skin, invigorate circulation, and prevent your clothes from being prematurely worn thin by craggy dead cell buildup on your knees and elbows.
