PCA Skin EyeXcellence - pHaze 12 is formulated with three peptides to reduce puffiness, dark circles and wrinkles around the eye area. The grape seed extract, aloe and vitamin E hydrates and nourishes to smooth and soften the delicate eye area.
Directions: After cleansing, toning and applying any PCA Skin treatment serum, pat a small amount gently around the eye area. May be applied under any PCA Skin sunscreen, moisturizer or evening moisturizer.
