Apply Blinc Eyeliner just like a regular liquid eyeliner. It is important that you do not use moisturizers, foundations, etc... before applying the eyeliner. Blinc Eyeliner requires a dry, clean surface in order to adhere properly to your skin. Before application, get rid of all extra liner from the brush on the rim of the tube to control the amount of liquid on the brush. When applying Blinc eyeliner, it is easier to begin from the outer edge of your lash line instead of the inner edge. Carefully pull the lid in the direction of your ear to get the evenest application. You might prefer to draw a few dots and then connect them giving you a thinner, more natural looking line. Draw a thin line equally along the upper lid getting as close to the lashes as you possibly can. It will take Blinc Eyeliner approximately 2 minute to set. Apply more for deep color. Finish with blinc mascara for a look that will make your eyes POP!
When it's time to remove, use a makeup dissolver or any gentle makeup remover apply to the area with warm water and apply gentle pressure. The color will then slide off effortlessly without leaving any residue.
