Not Approved Returns

If turned items are significantly different condition than when originally sent.

Specifically:

1. Used Condition: The items received were visibly used, with signs of wear and tear, including scratches, scuffs, and indications of prior usage. This was not the condition in which the items were originally shipped.

2. Markings from Another Store: Furthermore, the items had markings and labels from a different store, suggesting that they had been used or purchased elsewhere before being returned.

3. Damaged Shipment: Please be aware that we are unable to accept returns for items that sustained damage during a returned shipment.
