reVive Light Therapy Glo Wrinkle and Anti-Aging Light Therapy Device (RVGLO)

I was given the Glo battery operated reVive light as a gift. Super excited to use it. Battery operated and it initially worked for 7 days. I replaced the batteries and it then worked for 5 days. I replaced the batteries again and it worked for 3 days. I returned the unit as it was under warranty. Asked if I could pay the difference and get the rechargeable unit. I returned my product and have been told there is nothing wrong with it and therefore, no warranty, no return. This is a horrible company, horrible customer service and I hope no one ever buys anything from them.

no idea why the 5 stars is defaulted and you can not choose a star rating. i would give this a 1 star as it worked well for a week and suddenly thier is no power, even with new batteries. I emailed CS and waiting for a response.

I only used it twice and now it won’t turn on anymore. Tried changing the batteries but nothing! Like the idea of this product but can not say that I have seen results in two uses. It should last longer for sure for this price. Disappointed is an understatement.

Took out of box and read instructions before I did anything> This came with 3 off brand, cheap AAA batteries> Installed batteries per manufacturer guidance and attempted to turn device on per instructions. Nothing - didn't work. Replaced batteries with brand name premium batteries and tried again. Nothing - device did not turn on. Called "customer service", ( I use this term liberally - they were a joke). I spent ten minutes on the phone with someone oversees whose only troubleshooting qualifications was coaching on battery installation. Insulting, to say the least. I may not be Einstein, but I can install batteries correctly. Wasted time that I will never get back. Eventually, the "customer service" representative said I could send it to the manufacturer, (at my expense entirely), and they would determine if they would replace. What a total and COMPLETE waste. Avoid this product- and this company! They are horrible. Passing off their junk on unsuspecting victims. There are much more reputable companies out there- let this one go out of business - as they should. Wish I could give NEGATIVE stars this piece of crap is not only a waste of $$ - but of time.

Used it twice and already some of the lights don’t work.

I received this product in my Fab Fit Fun box and it quit working immediately. As I reviewed the company I saw that they are making unauthorized charges to credit cards for a trial. They are currently under investigation from the Better Business Bureau.
