Blinc Black Lash Primer is a volumizing lash primer that keeps your mascara looking blackest black.
This ultimate base works as lash treatment, as well as eyelash enhancement.
Thanks to Pentapeptide-17, Vitamins and nourishing ingredients such as D-Panthenol and Tocopheral Acetate, it provides long lasting moisturization and conditioning while encouraging new lash growth for fuller, longer lashes over time.
Prior to applying mascara, Blinc Black Lash Primer builds as many coats as desired within 60 seconds to immediately thicken and lengthen lashes.

For treatment benefits:
Apply one or two coats before going to bed or wearing mascara.
Note: Also great for eyebrows.
For eyelash enhancement:
Apply one coat and let it set for 30 seconds.
Keep applying coats until the desired lash volume, length and separation is achieved, always letting it set 30 seconds in between coats.You may then apply your mascara.
