    Ordered this product day after xmas hoping to take advantage of the sale. Somehow the code did not kick in and i paid full price. Immediately right after the order I sent an email requesting assistance. NO one ever responded. I then called customer service and did not have much luck. THe woman was going to research the coupon code. Later on, A ticket number was created... Sent emails to follow up on my ticket - NOTHING.
    I have ordered this product from many websites on sale. I gave Skin BEauty every opportunity to help me and they ignored all my efforts so blatantly. I even told the customer service person I would accept a store credit for the difference in price. To date no one has contacted me to even attempt to help. Will never buy from this website again. There are plenty of other options. One last note, the product is great and I will continue to use, but will purchase elsewhere on sale.

    This Serum works great if you experience dryness. Sometimes my moisturizer and even other serums don't do the trick. I use this before bed either a few drops on my face or a few drops mixed in with my moisturizer you can really tell a difference in your skin when you wake up. (It can feel slightly thick so I would suggest using it as a pm product, instead of am)
