Pump Not Dispensing?
If you are experiencing any problems with product pumps, please follow the instructions below.
Unfortunately, problems can occasionally occur with the new "tubeless technology" that product companies are starting to use. The new technology is that the product is in fact "tubeless" and works by an airless pump action. This is designed so the user can get the most out of the product. However, sometimes the product does need a little "help" in being dispensed.
Please try one of the following methods.
1. Slowly push the pump down then place your finger over the nozzle. While your finger is still covering the nozzle, slowly release the pump back up (ensure your finger is completely covering the nozzle, as this will act as a vacuum to bring the product up to the spout).
OR
2. Use a thin rod (i.e. straightened paper clip) to push the base through the opening hole at the bottom of the lid to seal the vacuum. Pump the dispenser while pushing the base with the paper clip.
You may need to repeat this process a few times (5-10 times) and the cream/serum should start to dispense.
