We use USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS for our main carrier providers. If your are shipping to a P.O. Box address or APO Military address, please note only USPS can delivery to these destinations. See how to fill out order form for APO address. UPS can not deliver to P.O. and APO Military addresses.

Shipping cost will be automatically calculated for you when you add the items to the cart and select the appropriate shipping method (If shipping internationally, select "USPS Int'l Airmail" or "USPS Int'l Express" as your shipping method). We recommend you to select "USPS Int’l Express" shipping method for faster and more reliable delivery service for shipping to an international destination.

*Claims for packages marked "delivered" yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” must be made 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not misdelivered or easily found around the premises." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
