Wrong Items
Report wrong items immediately. To report a wrong item, log into Live Chat and speak with a customer service representative or email us at skinbeauty@yahoo.com. We will send the correct item as a new order, included with a return label inside the parcel. Use the return label to return the "wrong" item back to us via USPS mail.
