Directions:
After cleansing, apply Cosmedica Vitamin C Prep & Tone Facial Toner to a cotton pad and gently sweep over the face and neck. Avoid the eye area. Follow with your preferred serum, moisturizer, or other skincare products. Use morning and/or evening as part of your regular skincare routine. For external use only.
