June Jacobs Green Tea and Cucumber Toner is Free from paraben and preservative, this toner with natural astringents eliminates residue and keep the skin's natural pH while leaving the skin calm and refreshed. Directions:
After cleansing, pour a generous amount of toner onto a piece of cotton and wipe face, neck and decollete. Allow toner to dry naturally. Follow with eye cream, serum, moisturizer and sunscreen.
